Title: Customer support officer

Reporting : Territory Manager sales
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Fresher or experienced
Age : 22 – 27

Purpose of the position :

To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, that will increase the higher sales and revenue To ensure the performance of the centre is progressive by keeping up the image of the centre and ensuring the ultimate mission of "Enabling people achieve peak perfomance"

Skills required:

  • 1-3 years experience in Telesales or telemarketing preferred
  • Should possess excellent communication skills in English, and local language.
  • Should have excellent convincing skills
  • Willing to work on field when required.
  • Working hours will be 9.30am to 6.30pm
  • Working days will be Tuesday to Sunday, Monday will be weekly off.
  • Fresher's can also apply.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Explaining to the parents about Training products and convert the calls into registrations.
  • Scheduling, Organizing and executing the seminars
  • Follow up with the participants of the seminar for the training program
  • Follow up for the payments
  • Being a part of the exhibition/ any of promotional events
  • Lead generation through reference, promotional events etc
  • Should keep in track of existing customer list and inform them regarding the programs.
  • Meeting school principals for fixing up various competitions, if required

Title : Asst Trainer

Reporting: Training - Head
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Preferably MBA
Experience : Minimum 3 years experience
Age : 25-35

Job Purpose:

To manage the centre to ensure high levels to customer satisfaction, that will increase the higher sales and revenue To ensure the performance of the centre is progressive by keeping up the image of the centre and ensuring the ultimate mission of "Enabling people achieve peak perfomance"

Skills:

  • Must have good communication in English and local language
  • Experience in Education Industry is preferred
  • Must have sound knowledge of the territory to be handled
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Institutional sales and concept selling
  • Knowledge about schools present in the particular territory is an advantage
  • Experience in handling a team
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Flexible with timings

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation
  • Managing the Executive/CSO and the centre
  • Centre maintenance (Administration)
  • Drive the team to reach its goal
  • Responsible to run the centre as profit centre
  • Budgeting preparation for the centre
  • Month or Month regular Plan and coordination
  • Creating more visibility for the centre in a particular territory
  • Being a part of the exhibition/any of promotional events
  • Being a part of at least one CSR event per month

Title: Business Development Executive /Sr.Business Development Executive

Reporting: Territory Manager - sales
Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pondicherry
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 3 - 4 years
Age: 25-35

Corporate Sales :

  • To be responsible for the sales of the Training Products in the corporate division. Fixing appointments
  • Doing a presentation in the Corporate and closing the deals
  • To get the business from the corporate sector for the regular corporate programs such as Born To Win, Wealth Abundance, Influence & Mastery etc.,
  • To be responsible for the revenue generation from the corporate sector

Institutional Sales :

  • Meeting the Principals, Vice principals or Heads of the Schools, colleges and other institutions and work for the possible tie ups
  • Explain to them about our training program and see to that our training program is part of their curriculum
  • To be responsible for the sales of the Training Products in the Institutions.
  • To get business from the Institutions sector for the regular school programs such as Superb Kids, Superb Teens, Memory Champs etc.,
  • To be responsible for the revenue generation from the Educational Sector.
  • To formulate strategies to expend the business and the revenue growth
